A consultation designed to evaluate if the quality of service is equitable or meeting desired goals, equity standards, KPIs, or other metrics. Equity assessments are performed using a personalized equity-based metric system. The improvement solutions are an additional service advising how to improve the quality of service based on the performance tracking of the equity based metric system.

Equity Inspired Grassroot Support Services
Equity Inspired Grassroot support services are free resources created to support small business development and grassroot organization of community-based groups. The equity inspired grassroot support services are as listed:
- Grant Writing Support Services: Grant Writing services and economic development strategies are provided to small businesses and community-based organizations to receive support in writing, submitting, and managing awarded grants. Consultation includes a (1) hour initial meeting to identify grants for application and a schedule to meet weekly/bi-weekly to support the grant application process. Economic development strategies are shared in the pragmatic planning and application of grant opportunities.
